8/1/2016

The Cherry Street Bridge will be closed in both directions over the Keating Channel during daytime hours over the next two weeks to make emergency repairs to a damaged bridge plate.

The closure times are as follows:
Tuesday, Aug. 2 from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m.

Wednesday, Aug. 3 to Tuesday, Aug. 16 from 7 a.m. to 3 p.m.
To accommodate traffic in the area, the southbound lane on the bridge will re-open outside of the times listed above. Northbound traffic will remain closed.

Don Roadway and Villiers Street are alternative routes for vehicular traffic in this area.
The bridge will remain open to pedestrians and cyclists at all times.
