A few spots are available for the gentle exercise classes for older adults living in the Distillery and Canary Districts.
Join us for a twice weekly gentle, full-body routine combining aerobic movement, stretching, strength training, and balance. Classes include both seated and standing segments. Participants are provided with small dumbbells and therapy bands.
There are two options. Here are the details.
· Mondays and Wednesdays from 10 – 10:45 am at 80 Mill Street
· Tuesdays and Thursdays from 9 – 9:45 am at 80 Mill Street
